Summer. The air is warm, the breeze is steady, and everyone everywhere is relaxing into the softer pace of the year’s balmy months.
But not at Woodbine. We may be working more hours on the porch, but we have no shortage of projects, deadlines or experiences. Thus, we’ve invited four new interns to to the team. They’ve wowed us with their perspectives, enthusiasm and dedication, so please join us in welcoming these bright young minds as we meet our summer challenges, head-on. (from left to right)
Imran Cronk
Freshman at University of Pennsylvania
Digital Intern
I throw left-handed but swing right-handed, and a wild monkey once used the top of my head as a springboard while I was on a tiger safari in India.
Imran will be an entering freshman at the University of Pennsylvania this fall, and he plans to study Political Economy with a focus on health care. He enjoys drumming, tennis, soccer, watching sports, and hiking. He hopes to work in a health system where he can help improve patient care and efficiency.
Kate Cummings
Senior at Wake Forest University
Account Management Intern
I am addicted to Mexican food (preferably Tex-Mex, of course) and I love watching old black and white murder mysteries.
Kate is a double major in Business & Enterprise Management and Spanish. She is active in Chi Omega and plans events to benefit Brian Piccolo Cancer Research and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She loves music, fashion, food and traveling. She hopes to work for Condé Nast and to one day live in South America.
MK Raffaniello
Senior at Wake Forest University
Digital Intern
I have an unhealthy obsession with inspirational quotes (especially from Audrey Hepburn) and I just spent four months living in Florence, Italy, during which I visited 8 different countries.
MK is a communications major with a concentration in media studies, and she is active with WakeTV and the Breast Cancer Fashion Show on campus. She loves exercise, photography, sports, and hopes to work in an agency or report for ESPN.
Jordan Michael

Copywriting Intern
My name is Michael Jordan backwards, and I was born on 8/8/88 at 8:08.
Jordan graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Psychology. She enjoys running and hopes to work in production, preferably in the southern U.S.

Thanks for sharing the interns and their background! Sounds like you have a cool internship program at Woodbine. When the interns are done, have them share their experience at the agency! http://www.internshipking.com/woodbine-internship
